christmas...my favourite time of the year...it begins with the early decor up along orchard and the many remarks by friends and family as we walk by

november....people worrying about who gets what present...everyone wondering where to go, what to buy for their parties, what special outfit to get or wear for the special night...


late november and soon the malls echo with carols...from the wonderful fantasy white christmas tunes to the cheena-i-cant-tolerate-this-techno-fucking-hate it versions of carols...helter skelter along orchard between the crowds as the kids are let out of school and people pack into everywhere to shop...malls start their display of christmas trees and ornaments and possible items to be made into someone's present...chirstmas cards deck the shelves of gift stores along with many other plushies that come in the same theme


then as it creeps along to december...the family comes together and the tree comes up..from morning till late slaving away to put up all the decor before night so we can juz slack...mum would play carols..blast them throughout the house as we rush and fumble with the tree...get poked as we spread the branches out and yank away at the base of the tree with the plyers[sp?]..dad' would get fed-up and throw a fit..mum would get pissed and frustrated and she too will throw a tantrum ahah...sis and i would be all hurry hurry lets get this done to do work..well her and not me...i'll be looking forward to slacking ahah...


this year was diff..the tree we had for a good 6-8 yrs finally irritated till my dad's last bit of tolerance...threw it away and got a new one which is the taller version of the very first tree i had ever know...this is like 8''...the one we threw away was like 7 1/2'...this is taller and it felt god to see it standing ina ll its glory....ahaha....mum decided to put this HUGE bow she had bought for $15 onto the tree..i love to see our tree all decked up in lights and clustered happily in ornaments: red velvet pillows shouting out 'noel', 'joy', 'love' and 'hope'., 'merry chirstmas' balls and drums and trumpets and cellos with little white bows on them..the final touch?? white and sliver smelly crystals that ive known since the day i was born..


i love christmas...this year i spend it whole heartedly with gabe...no 'mark' person in the picture...juz love...


this week...monday..nothing much...study for tues's skills lab which i failed...didnt do my meds properly so yeah...wednesday was the theory test ans it was okay...raher good..luckily i had crammed the last parts of the impt meds into my brain...thurs was meeting day and the 4 hours with my group was so wonderful..yana kept irritating me with the pic of me and her...gah...friday was meet gabe day...friday was really good...
