im home alone for 4 weeks cuz nobody's free..everyone's going overseas for the 4 weeks and going out and stuff but im home alone...
so i decided to lose weight again

im down to 56kg from 59..in 2 days...im very very proud!!! ahahah

starting on my 'ensure' diet..266cal/can and it can be used as a meal substitute or a drink with meal...either or..but for now im using it as a meal sub..

so ive had 2 cans = 532cal + this weight loss candy thing that is 15.8 per sweet therefore ive got 547.8cal in me wheeee...

then im meeting gabe later for dinner so ive gotta go get more...or i'll get the 1kg tin powder thing thing..

k so anw...my GPA fell by 1 full point...u know how fucked up this is!?!?!?! i was 'weeping' in the corridors of my ward ahahaha...when i told yiqi she was like...wow u dont look like the 3.962 kinda face....well that was then...so yeah...sucks like fuuuuuck!!!!!
