so mum juz came home [8pm]...gabe came over today around 11 left around 5pm..why am i not happy??

i havent been the pass 3 days...everyday i wake up and im in the worse mood ever..why..thats u cant know...i'm driving myself mad

so now how do i intend to spend the 4 weeks of hols [though i'd really love to get back to attachments..i lost 2 kg woot woot]....exercise and methods to lose weight fast..i wanna be down to 52 again...im 55..im on the way there...

gonna meet rosh tmr at vivo at 4 so im gg to like...exercise b4 that..light lunch and then of to orchard library then down to vivo...yeah!!

bah....time to meditate...days are not so good....
