wonderful wonderful story for u guys...

yesterday went out with brenda for a movies at GWC and we got popcorn and i decided to get a cheese hotdog..now this hotdog tasted weird but i was like i paid for this shit so im gonna eat it

STUPID MISTAKE!!!

felt weird in the movie theater and moved about alot in my seat..next thing u know my stomach is hurting like hell...diarrhea..joy..then we went down to eat and i told brenda i needed something soupy or so she calls it 'soapy' and we decided to eat at the jap restaurant beside o-cha..price range is reasonable man...i got this special miso ramen and brenda got her 'you-nagi' don..i keep telling her its pronounced 'oooo-nagi'...'you-nagi' sounds so vulgar like' YOU-NAGI CHICKEN!!'..see my point? yeah food was good but i had a few bites and i didnt feel right..excused myself to the toilet..now this is where it gets bad..

on my way there..for those who have been to GWC you would know..i have to pass by coffee bean then the chocz shop,aunt annies,mac cafe and then the lifts to get to the toilet..so the moment i walk pass coffee bean my vision was blacked out and then i started to walk with an uneven gait...vision cleared up a little but i had to work on a 50% black out..

i pass chocz and then i had to hold onto something so i was trying to support myself as i walk by aunt annie's..like i said..i was trying my best to walk straight but blurred vision made me walk like a drunkard

i knew i was gonna faint any minute but i pushed myself to get to the toilet and puke cuz i felt the world spinning and i felt my puke coming out..i couldnt breathe and the next thing u know im crashing into the sign near the lifts...embarressing but hey i didnt really care...

stumbled slowly to the toilet cuz if i ran,which i wanted to do so sooooooooooooooo badly, i'd puke like hell..went into the toilet and i was like FUCK THIS SHIT IM PUKING IN THE SINK...but i still had time to go..no cass dont be inconsiderate..get your ass to the toilet...didnt even have time to close the cubicle door..just pushed my hair back and bend over then the red sea came spewing out..lasted about a min...i could literally feel my stomach contracting..it is so terrible...

then had diarrhea again.. and after excreting from both ends, hobbled to the restaurant but called gabe..i mean...i crashed into the sign..gotta play it cool...felt better so i ate my food...didnt wanna waste 14 bucks..then we hobbled home..by now the sickey icky feeling came back and i made a stupid mistake of crossing the bridge and calling gabe without catching my breath...got home and couldnt breathe so sat down and i was really weak..body felt like a ton and i dragged me self to the toilet...guess what?? stomach contracted and puked again...thats when dad sent me to the docs and doc diagnosed me with gastroenteritis..this is what it is


Gastroenteritis (also known as gastro, gastric flu, and stomach flu although unrelated to influenza) refers to inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, involving both the stomach and the small intestine (see also gastritis and enteritis) and resulting in acute diarrhea. The inflammation is caused most often by infection with certain viruses, less often by bacteria or their toxins, parasites, or adverse reaction to something in the diet or medication. Worldwide, inadequate treatment of gastroenteritis kills 5 to 8 million people per year,[1] and is a leading cause of death among infants and children under 5.[2]
At least 50% of cases of gastroenteritis as foodborne illness are due to norovirus.[3] Another 20% of cases, and the majority of severe cases in children, are due to rotavirus. Other significant viral agents include adenovirus[4] and astrovirus.
Many different bacteria can cause gastroenteritis, including Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus, Campylobacter jejuni, Clostridium, Escherichia coli, Yersinia, and others. Some sources of the infection are improperly prepared food, reheated meat dishes, seafood, dairy, and bakery products. Each organism causes slightly different symptoms but all result in diarrhea. Colitis, inflammation of the large intestine, may also be present.
Risk factors are consumption of improperly prepared foods or contaminated water and travel or residence in areas of poor sanitation. The incidence is 1 in 1,000 people


Symptoms and signs
It often involves stomach pain or spasms (sometimes to the point of being crippling), diarrhea and/or vomiting, with noninflammatory infection of the upper small bowel, or inflammatory infections of the colon.[8][5][1][9]
It usually is of acute onset, normally lasting fewer than 10 days and self-limiting.
Nausea and vomiting
Diarrhea
Loss of appetite
Abdominal pain
Abdominal cramps
Bloody stools (dysentery - suggesting infection by amoeba, Campylobacter, Salmonella, Shigella or some pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli[4])
Fainting and Weakness
The main contributing factors include poor feeding in infants. Diarrhea is common, and may be (but not always) followed by vomiting. Viral diarrhea usually causes frequent watery stools, whereas blood stained diarrhea may be indicative of bacterial colitis. In some cases, even when the stomach is empty, bile can be vomited up.
A child with gastroenteritis may be lethargic, suffer lack of sleep, or run a low fever and have signs of dehydration, which include dry mucous membranes, tachycardia, reduced skin turgor, skin color discoloration, sunken fontanelles and sunken eyeballs and darkened eye circles, glassy eyes,poor perfusion and ultimately shock.
Symptoms occur for up to 6 days on average. Given appropriate treatment, bowel movements will return to normal within a week after that.

last night? slept for like 2 hour intervals before waking up to stomach pains and the urge to puke but i had nothing left to vomit out so i just coughed out and puked out my saliva..mum woke up at 7 and i was already up.trying to fall back asleep...and she made me take milo and some bread..she told me to take more so i did and i felt nauseas again but slept it off...woke up at 10.30..didnt want to but yeah..tummy discomfort

so hauled myself to the toilet and headed to the study room to get the roller chair thing..then felt my breakfast coming up and!! puked it all out again...how fun..tasted milo and medication...gah..

mum insists i take porridge before she left..even cooked rice...and sis's on her way home to be my FULL TIME SLAVE!!!!! wakakakakaka..i hate this feeling man..terrible..

gonna do pharmaco ica now ahaha stupid me..but i cant sleep!!
